Description:

A uniform data interface between the PLC and the robot controllers is to be defined to make robot programming uniform and thus more efficient for PLC programmers and PLC suppliers.
 

The primary target group of this interface concept are the PLC and robot programmers who implement a machine or production line incl. robot (OEM). However, machine operators and maintenance staff will also benefit (end customers).
 

All interested member companies are invited to join this working group.
